We're a Reno-based team that builds AI assistants for small businesses. Our founder, Jason Belk, is a software engineer who started by building Run Our House — an AI assistant his family uses every day to manage their household through WhatsApp.
That experience — building something that actually works in daily life, handling real logistics across real services — is the foundation of Run Our Business. We took the same approach and applied it to the back-office problems that keep service business owners up at night.
We work exclusively with service businesses in Reno and Northern Nevada: contractors, financial advisors, property managers, med spas, auto shops, and professional services. We know the market because we live here.

How much does this cost?
Three plans starting at $299/month. Setup is a one-time fee. We'll walk through which tier fits your business on our intro call. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can send a text message, you can use Run Our Business. We handle all the setup, including connecting your QuickBooks account.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with service businesses in Reno and Northern Nevada — contractors, financial advisors, property managers, med spas, auto shops, and professional services. If you have a QuickBooks account and hate doing your own books, we can probably help.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a free 20-minute call to understand your business. If it's a fit, we connect your QuickBooks, set up your assistant, and walk you through it. Most businesses are up and running within 48 hours.
Is my financial data safe?
Your data stays in your QuickBooks account — we don't store financial records separately. All communication is encrypted. We never share your data with third parties.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contracts. Give us 30 days notice and we'll disconnect everything cleanly. Your QuickBooks data is yours — nothing changes when you leave.
