We provide AI-powered back-office services for small businesses, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, customer service automation, and social media management, primarily through SMS and WhatsApp messaging.

This website is for informational purposes. Actual service engagements are governed by a separate service agreement signed by both parties.

Subscription Services

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing, included features, and user limits are described on our website and confirmed during your onboarding call. Subscriptions include:

SMS / Text Messaging

Our service communicates with you primarily through SMS and WhatsApp text messages. By signing up and providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages for service delivery purposes.

SMS data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message logs may be retained for service delivery and record-keeping purposes.

Your Data and QuickBooks

Our service connects to your QuickBooks account to manage your bookkeeping. Your financial data stays in your QuickBooks account — we do not store copies of your financial records separately. You retain full ownership of all your data. If you cancel, your QuickBooks data remains yours and unchanged.
